Back Garden Rear Boundary T1 - Ash Fell tree to as low as can be reasonably cut. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. Medium sized Ash which sits atop a raised area. The tree is of poor form, large cavity at 3m on SW side. Multiple unidentified brackets on lowest stem to the NE. A crack has also been identified on the face of the small retaining wall. Unfortunately, the tree is posing too much of a health and safety risk to the occupier and residents of the surrounding area, removal will abate this risk.

T1 Sycamore- remove 3 epicormic stems at the base of the tree (approx diameter 10 cms each) Reduce central top height of the tree by 2 meters and reshape the crown all around. Reasons- the tree has not been worked on for some time and it is cutting out light at the back of the property and for other properties in the vicinity. It is a very tall tree for the confined space that it is in.
