Proposal
Non-material amendment to application 23/01044/FUL (Demolition of existing garages and construction of a 3 storey block of 12 X flats with associated landscaping and parking) to allow for the external wall thickness to be reduced, removal of ASHP and reduced number of PVs on the roof, curtain walling replaced with windows, the outline of the building has been slightly amended to suit the new plan layout, which now includes for 4no M43 compliant flats on the ground floor. Removal of proposed brick outhouses to rear of terraced houses, instead the gardens will be enclosed with new close boarded fences with gate access to car park. Minor amendments to site landscape and carparking.
