T2 (Norway Maple) - Reduce the lateral spread on northern and eastern sides of the crown to appropriate growth points (in accordance with BS:3998) to give 2m clearance from the property. T3 (Lime) - Remove the deadwood. T4 (Beech) - Reduce the lateral spread on the northern and eastern sides to appropriate growth points (in accordance with BS:3998) to give 2m clearance from the property and alleviate weight of lean. Have the cavity inspected (probed) whilst the pruning works are undertaken. T5 (Sycamore) - Reduce the lateral spread on southern and western sides to appropriate growth points (in accordance with BS:3998) to give 2m clearance from the property. Remove the deadwood. T6 (Sycamore) - Crown thin by 20% focusing particularly on the competing new growth in the upper crown. Reduce the eastern primary limbs to appropriate growth points (in accordance with BS:3998) by 2m to reduce the tip weight and mechanical leverage.
