Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
2 Trees - Fell. THERE ARE 2 TREES WHICH HAVE COLLAPSED AND READY TO FALL ONTO THE ROAD ON EMM LANE. THE COUNCIL HAVE BEEN AROUND AND ASKED ME THE CUT THE BRANCHES THAT HIT BUSES AND TRUCKS THAT GO DOWN EMM LANE. THEY CAN CAUSE HARM AND INJURY IF THEY FALL OVER ONTO THE ROAD. THE TREE SURGEON SAID IT NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP. I HAVE ENCLOSED PHOTOS OF THE 2 TREES. YOU CAN VISIT ONSITE TO GET CLARIFICATION OF THE PROPOSED WORK. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP DUE TO THE DANGEROUS CONDITION OF THE TREES. THE TREE SURGEON SAID THE TREES WERE WILLOWS. I DO NOT HAVE A REPORT. HE WONT PROVIDE ME WITH ONE. PLEASE DONT DELAY THE APPLICATION AS THEY WILL FALL ONTO THE ROAD AND CAUSE DAMAGE. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE AROUND TO ASSESS IT SO WE CAN CARRY OUT THE FELLING ASAP. I DONT THINK THE TREES HAVE TPOS ON THEM. THEY ARE SMALL. THE TREE SURGEON SAID THEY DONT HAVE TPOS.

Felling of Oak tree no2 on sketch plan to provide sufficient clearance from my house. Located in neighbours garden at High Rise Park Drive. The tree is located approximately 5m from the side of my house and approximately 3m from the boundary wall. Branches are overhanging the boundary wall and path. When in full leaf the tree obscures a lot of light fom the dining room and bedrooms above and in autumn I am faced with a lot of leaf clearing. When the branches grow further there will be a significant possibility of damage to my house in severe weather conditions. I have written to the neighbour at High Rise asking for permission.

Removal of the Northern most trunk (one of two) to the conifer located in the middle of the rear garden to floor level. The conifer to be trimmed back as necessary to restore symmetry and provide a more natural appearance. Replacement privet whips to be planted in the privet hedge to fill in the current gaps created by dieback.
