T4 Elm - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T5 Sycamore - Branches overhang driveway and roof of outbuilding. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway, reduce branches overhanging outbuilding by 2m or back to main stem to gain a 1.5m -2m clearance from outbuilding. T6 Elm - Branches overhang rear of outbuilding reduce by 2m to gain a 1.5m - 2m clearance from outbuilding. T7 Sycamore - Co Dominant Stem at close proximity to outbuilding & overreaching roof by 3m (see T7 Photo). Dismantle and remove to gain a total clearance from building. T8 Ash - Overextending Forked limb over boundary of property by 2m. Reduce by 4m to nearest growth point on scaffold branch to gain a 2m clearance from boundary. T9 Ash - Self set leaning towards boundary fence. Fell and remove. T10 Hawthorne - Branches and crown overhang boundary fence by 2m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance over boundary, crown reduce by 3m to gain a more compact form. T11 Elm - Self set, all of crown overhanging boundary fence by 2m. Remove all overhang to growth point on main stem. If this cannot be achieved fell and remove.
