TPO108 Area Designation A1 T1 Oak: radial crown spread 12m NW - reduce to no less than 9.5m T2 Oak: radial crown spread 10m NW - reduce to no less than 8m Reason: The subject trees are outwardly healthy, vigorous and without any significant obvious defect to warrant extensive mitigation pruning, however the proximity relationship to adjacent residential properties, foreseeably limits full characteristic growth potential of Oak species. The proposed works are designed to pre-preemptively benefit T1 and T2's future management in supporting their safe and viable retention and easing surrounding development pressures.
