Proposal
T11 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus). The tree grows from the neighbouring property just outside the Northern boundary of the site the wooden fence beneath, approximately 8m from Clarendon Court. Its crown bias is to the South with major deadwood within the canopy. Reduce Southerly aspect to suitable growth points by 2 to 3m and remove major deadwood.

The reduction of the tree will still retain the tree within the landscape but also improve the safety of the garden by reduceing the sail area of the tree and therefor the stresses on the issues at the base of the tree.
