The works are limited to a localised crown lift to provide clearance between the southern elevation of the proposed extension and the lower canopy of T1. The works will be confined to the south-eastern portion of the crown only and will achieve a clearance height of approximately 2.5 metres above ground level. No canopy reduction is proposed.
