Flat roof covering repairs and overlay systems, flat roof covering replacements. Extensive timber window repairs using Repair Care International. Leadwork pointing repairs and replacement of defective leadwork. Replacement of existing uPVC rainwater goods and replacement with cast iron. Applying waterproof coatings to concealed box gutters. External redecorations. Internal making good and replacement of internal building fabric, as a result of water ingress. This includes replace defective existing lath and plaster ceiling with new lath and plaster. Replace defective plasterboard ceiling with new plasterboard and skim. Removal of existing lime plaster and carry out lime plaster repairs.
