Proposal
T4 OAK (TPO/BDB/0349) FELL AND REMOVE ONE OAK FROM THE REAR OF No.10 GLADE CLOSE. CLOSE TO NEIGHBOURING PROPERTY. FUNGAL BRACKET GROWING ON THE BASE HAS ENLARGED RECENTLY. TREE OFFICER LLOYD FURSDON HAS PREVIOUSLY INSPECTED THIS AND ASKED FOR IT TO BE MONITORED AS HE WAS CONCERNED. THE TREE HAS BEEN MONITORED AND INSPECTED FOR A FEW YEARS. THE FUNGUS IS GROWING AND THE BASE OF THE TRUNK SOUNDS HOLLOW WHEN HIT. TREE SHOULD BE FELLED AND REMOVED FOR SAFETY REASONS IMMEDIATELY.
