T1 Yew - Crown reduce to previously reduced points ( by c 4 m in height and up to 2m in width leaving tree 6m high with 2.5m radial width) - This tree stands within 2 m of fabric of building and pruning required to access House from rear as well as taking branches away from fabric of building. A number of stems have chicken of the wood decay fungi and the deterioration of these stems is a potential hazard to the owners and another reason to maintain the tree at its compact size.
