Variation of condition 2 of approved plans 22/00296/FULL - (Granted on appeal APP/V1505/W/23/3318171), Following the approval of this permission, Bridleway 34 has been permanently diverted through the middle of the development. As such, the fencing layout for the scheme had to be updated to ensure the updated route of Bridleway 34 was not impeded and that the development remained secure. In addition to this, there has been a minor relocation of a transformer for optimisation of the design.
