T4) - Carry out a crown lift by removing or reducing lower branches overhanging the boundary to provide a minimum clearance of approximately 5 - 6 metres above ground level. 1 x Box Elder (applicants ref. T5) - Undertake a crown reduction of approximately 25%, pruning back to suitable secondary growth points to maintain a balanced crown structure and reduce encroachment towards the adjacent properties, achieving a minimum clearance of approximately 1.5 metres. In addition a specific vertical limb has been identified for reduction back to an appropriate branch union. (Amended description)
