T2) - Approximately 6.00m: This fine tree is growing within close proximity of the building. Tip prune over extended branches by up to 1.00m back into the main crown structure to shape and control dimensions. Ensure a clearance of approximately 50cm from the buildings. Reduce sections of the crown overhanging the neighbouring property by up to 1.20m in order to clear the first floor window and increase ground floor light levels. Thin crown density evenly throughout by up to 20%.
