Proposal
1 x Mature Cedar (applicants ref. T1) - Approximately 14.00m: Remove major deadwood throughout the crown. Remove broken branches and stub ended cuts. Raise crown over the front garden house (north side of the crown) by means of removing three lowest branches (approximately 100cm-120cm diameter). Raise crown over the hedge, road and drive by up to approximately 2.20m. No cuts over approximately 50-100mm. Reduce and select extended lateral branches, house side by up to approximately 1.40m reducing the over long laterals back into main crown structure thereby helping to control encroachment whilst preserving a naturally shaped and proportioned crown structure. Reduce over extended lateral branches, road side by up to 1.50m to balance, branches to be pruned back into the trees main crown structure. Clear telephone lines by up to approximately 50cm where practicable without removing the main branch scaffold to achieve clearance. General maintenance/Control encroachment
