  Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to planning permission 22/5617/FUL dated 06/11/2023 (as amended by 25/0425/NMA dated 30/09/2025) for improvement works to the existing Clitterhouse Playing Fields. Amendments are proposed to the wording of Conditions 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 18, 21, 26, 33, 40 and 49; and deletion of Condition 48 to reflect revisions to the development including: site levels changes; amendments to the drainage strategy; rationalisation of, and changes to, the pathway network; amendments to the layout of the central plaza; alteration to the indicative layouts of playgrounds, all wheel park, bouldering zone, basketball court, swings and outdoor gym facilities, mini golf area and Farm Playground; removal of two teqball tables to be replaced by two table tennis tables; amendment to the location of trees and soft landscaping scheme; amendment to the location of seating, cycle stands, bins and water fountain; amendment to signage locations and introduction of additional Farm Playground signage; amendments to the site's lighting strategy; revisions to proposed boundary treatments and entrance designs; and adjustments to the phased delivery of the development.
