Proposal
Application for Works to Trees Subject to a Tree Preservation Order - BT376/T4 T4 Horse Chestnut - to reduce the tree by approximately 25%, climbed inspection and remove major dead wood. The main amount of reduction is to reduce the overhang to the adjacent buildings and public footpath. The tree is suppressed by x2 very large Lime trees, and it is heavily weighted and unbalanced towards the south aspect over the adjacent buildings and foot path. So, the -25% is on this side. Reasoning: There is a cavity at the base and potential basal decay. The crown is unbalanced and heavily weighted to the south. This will re-balance the tree and increase the safety of the tree.
