Proposal
Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) - It is proposed that the old single pane windows that face the west and south aspect (not road side) be replaced with double-pane UPV windows that will keep the look and feel of the original windows. The windows will keep the style and colour of the original windows (casement with single horizontal astragal bar). In addition, the proposed new windows are part of a heritage range intended for use in conservation areas to resemble as closely as possible original timber windows.
