Planning application

3 The Maltings Malt Close Laxfield Woodbridge Suffolk IP13 8DZ

Granted Babergh DC/25/03710 Notification: Works to Trees in Con Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Notification of works to trees in a Conservation Area - T1 Acer pseudoplatanus, Sycamore. Remove. The tree was previously pollarded due to poor crown health. Unfortunately the tree has not responded to the work and made no regenerative growth in the growing season. Fell trunk to reduce future risk of stem failure and remove risk to nearby footpath and road.
