Proposal
Listed Building Consent for the stripping of the existing roof covering, battens and non breathable membrane. Installation of new breathable insulation membrane, new graded battens, and roof preparation for re-tiling. Renew existing leadwork as required. Re-fix tiles making up deficiencies with good, sound, second hand tiles to match existing. Re-fix existing bonnets and ridges where practicable / fix new Trent Valley Tiles, bonnets and ridge tiles, all bebbed in lime mortar mix.
