Listed Building Consent - Reroof all roofs 1-7 Good Intent Cottages. Strip all tiles, battens and felt and replace with new breathable felt, treat 25x38 battens and install old tiles, once cleaned, discard any broken or damaged tiles with like-for-like. Do all muck work (sand and cement). Repoint 3 chimneys and install cowls.
