Listed building consent for repair works including: removal of cement around chimney stack, replaced with lime mortar, removal of roof tiles, proposed new conservation roof light and dormer window, replacement glass casement fitted inside of mullion window existing putty and glass removed, lowering of internal ground floor with the removal of joists and floor boards then laying of dpc and limecrete floor, exposed beam to be reinstated and wall hung tiles removed.
