G1 - Group of 3 Yew trees (Taxus baccata) forming a hedge along the front boundary. Approximately 6m high. Reduce in height to approximately 3.5m. T1 - Multi-Stemmed Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) – Approx. 12 m high. Establish a pollard at approximately 4.5 m, reducing all main stems to form suitable pollard points. Reason for works - Retain a balanced framework where practicable to support future regrowth and ongoing management.
