When the Waste Water Treatment Works for Keady has been satisfactorily upgraded and is fully functional the dwellings approved shall be connected to the public sewerage system and the interim sewage disposal works shall be decommissioned and removed from the site. Reason: To ensure appropriate measure are in place to treat sewage from this development. 10. None of the dwellings hereby permitted shall be occupied until the sewage disposal/drainage works have been completed in accordance with the submitted plans. Reason: In the interests of public health. 11. None of the dwellings shall be occupied until works for the disposal of sewage have been provided on the site to serve the development hereby permitted, in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Department. Reason: In the interests of public health.
