Proposal

Proposed Discharge of Condition Nos: 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Application No: O/2007/0808/F which read as follows: 6. No dwellings shall be occupied until such times as a landscape management and maintenance Plan has been submitted to and approved by the Department setting out the period of the plan, long-term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedules for all areas of open space and planting, other than small, privately owned domestic gardens, (except for trees or other vegetation retained in the public interest). The landscape management plan shall be carried out as approved. Reason: To ensure the successful establishment and long term maintenance of landscaping within and at the development in the interests of visual and residential amenity. 7. The dwellings hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the works required to provide a method of interim sewage disposal are completed. The interim sewage disposal facilities shall be managed and maintained in accordance with arrangements agreed with the Department. When the Waste Water Treatment Works for Keady has been satisfactorily upgraded and is fully functional the dwellings approved shall be connected to the public sewerage system and the interim sewage disposal works shall be decommissioned and removed from the site. Reason: To ensure appropriate measure are in place to treat sewage from this development. 10. None of the dwellings hereby permitted shall be occupied until the sewage disposal/drainage works have been completed in accordance with the submitted plans. Reason: In the interests of public health. 11. None of the dwellings shall be occupied until works for the disposal of sewage have been provided on the site to serve the development hereby permitted, in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved by the Department. Reason: In the interests of public health.
