Proposal

Proposed discharge of condition 21 of planning approval LA08/2020/0211/F. Condition 21 states: A Final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council once a contractor has been appointed, prior to the commencement of any works herein granted, and shall be implemented in accordance with the timescale and details set out therein. This shall include all the mitigation and avoidance measures to be employed to ensure effective avoidance and mitigation methodologies have been planned for the protection of the water environment. The Final CEMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all works on site shall conform to the approved Final CEMP. Reason: To ensure effective avoidance and mitigation measures for the protection of the environment
