Proposal

Section 54 application to amend Condition No. 6 of planning approval LA08/2022/0601/F (residential development comprising of the erection of 72 dwellings). Condition No 6 states “The dwellings at sites 30-58 shall not be occupied until the play area equipment and open space areas as shown on the Landscape Plan Rev D - approved under LA08/2021/1467/F, has been laid out in accordance with this plan and then shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than as play area equipment and open space”. To be amended to “The dwellings at sites 54-58 shall not be occupied until the play area equipment and open space areas as shown on the Landscape Plan Rev D - approved under LA08/2021/1467/F, has been laid out in accordance with this plan and then shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than as play area equipment and open space”.
