Proposal

Proposed discharge of condition 4 of LA08/2025/0723/F. Condition 4 states: A final hard and soft landscape and open space management and maintenance plan to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. The plan shall set out the period of the plan, long term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedules of all areas of landscaping and open space. It shall also set out details of the arrangements that will be put in place for the future management and maintenance in perpetuity of these areas, including details of the legal agreement, between the prospective residents and Management Company. The landscape and open space management plan shall be carried out as approved.
