Non material amendment to planning permission 22/01563/PP (Erection of dwellinghouse and garden room, installation of package treatment plant and associated hard/soft landscaping works) Amended proposed internal floor area has been increased by approximately 6sqm by moving the northern external wall outwards. The roof design now has both of the roof pitches sloping to the rear of the dwelling and the rooflight previously located above the shower room has been removed. New openings in Bedroom 2 and shower room. Level path around perimeter of dwelling has been added. Ground mounted solar PV arrray has been located to rear of site.
