Discharge of condition 2 of previously approved application LA06/2016/1108/F which states : All hard and soft landscape works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans Drawing Nos. 08A and 09A bearing the date stamp 15 December 2020 and Drawing No. 10 bearing the date stamp 14 October 2016, and the appropriate British Standard or other recognised Codes of Practice and shall be retained thereafter. Discharge of condition 7 of previously approved application LA06/2016/1108/F which states : A Final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved by the Council in writing prior to the commencement of any works on site. This final CEMP shall contain all the mitigation as described in the Outline Construction Environmental Management Plan completed by Doran Consulting, dated November 2019 and shall be implemented as approved during the construction phase to the satisfaction of the Council. Reason: To ensure that the appointed contractor is aware of and implements the appropriate environmental mitigation during improvements construction phase. Discharge of condition 11 of previously approved application LA06/2016/1108/F which states : A revised Noise Impact Assessment /Noise Management Plan for this development shall be submitted to and agreed by the Council in writing prior to any development works commencing on site. This report shall include: An assessment of the potential noise from construction activities which must have reference to BS 5228-1:2009+A1:2014 and include confirmation that the construction works will not exceed the Category A limit (65 dB LAeq daytime). An outline of the ongoing noise monitoring programme during all construction works, (including locations/ frequency) to verify compliance with the set levels. Details of all mitigation measures to control the construction noise from the site. The noise mitigation measures shall be implemented as approved during the construction phase to the satisfaction of the Council. Reason: In the interests of amenity.
