Variation of Condition 8, relating to retention of hedging, of LA06/2016/ 0295/F (Erection of a new dwelling consisting of a detached two storey house and associated site works) Condition 8 changed from: “The existing hedge as highlighted in BLUE on Drawing No. 3G, bearing the Council date stamp of 12 November 2018 shall be retained at a minimum height of 1.8m" Condition 8 to now read as: “The approved dwelling shall not be occupied unless the hedge as highlighted in BLUE on Drawing No 3G bearing the Council’s stamp of 12 November 2018 has been retained at a minimum height of 1.8m or alternative screening proposals have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council’.
