Proposal
Discharge of Condition 3 of approval LA06/2019/1295/F which states: Prior to the commencement of any development on site a final hard and soft landscaping scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council in consultation with HED: Historic Buildings. The scheme shall include details of all new walls, fences, other boundary treatments and finished ground levels, details of the hard surface treatment of open parts of the site including details of the car park finish; details of trees to be retained, a planting specification to include species, size, position and method of planting of all new trees and shrubs; and a programme of implementation. The works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details during the first available planting season following occupation of any part of the development hereby approved (unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council). All hard and soft landscape areas and works shall be permanently retained in accordance with the approved details. Any existing or proposed trees or plants indicated on the approved plans which, within a period of 5 years from the date of planting, die are removed or become seriously damaged, diseased or dying shall be replaced during the next planting season with other trees or plants of a location, species and size, details of which shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council.
