Proposal

Discharge of Conditions 2 and 3 of Planning Approval LA06/2019/0120/F which states A final Construction Method Statement (CMS) with appended telephone contact details shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council prior to works commencing. This must reflect and detail all pollution prevention, mitigation and avoidance measures as contained in the Outline CMS by O'Sullivan Macfarlane Environmental Consulting date stamped by the Council on 23 July 2019. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. A Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) Method of Works Statement (MOS) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council, prior to the commencement of any works to the bridge to ensure effective avoidance and mitigation methodologies have been planned for the protection of the water environment. The development shall be carried out in accordance with those details approved.

The council hereby attaches to the determination a requirement under Article 3 (4A) of the above Order that such works shall be carried out in accordance with an agreement under Article 3 (4C) Letter from DFI Roads / Southern condition confirming that following a recent site visit that the formation of the access and associated improvement works to the public road, as required as part of the Article 3(4c) have been completed in accordance withe approved Private Streets Determination drawings (under Planning Permission LA06/2019/0634/F) and to the required standard
