    Group of mature trees located to the front of the farm (Shown on plan1). Trees have low branches that are interfering with passing traffic. Propose to lift to 5m over the road or a suitable height agreed with AVBC tree officer. Remove any dead wood and basal epicormic growth. T1 - Lime, T2 - Lime, T3 - Horse Chestnut, T4 - Sycamore. Trees located through the farm yard and to the RHS of the new landscaped garden (Shown on plan2). T5 - Small Horse Chestnut located to the front of the permitted new barn conversion/build and would cause obstruction. Remove. T6 - Holly located to the side of the wall and contains 2No. dead stems. Remove the dead stems. T7 - Damson, No action required. T8 - Self-set Ash growing at wall side. Remove. G1 - Group of 8No. self-set Holy trees and 1No. Hazel that are growing in the wall and the footprint of the permitted barn conversion/build. Propose to remove this group of self-set trees to allow the wall to be rebuilt and the construction of the permitted barn carried out.
