Proposal

All low level mixed vegetation (Birch, field maple, Alder) to be taken back from the roadside to the site fence line (approx. 5m) to allow for a safer view when exiting the site around what is currently a obstructed view bend (Fig 1). Multi stemmed Field Maple to be lifted from the roadway to exposed signage and adjacent traffic lights. Crown lifted to approx. 5m (Fig 2).
