Proposal

Poplar located on the boundary line and to the side of plot 21 overlooking plot 22. This tree has a large stem that is leaning out over the new builds. Whilst no immediate danger is noted, in high winds this could and is likely to fail which could cause significant damage to any vehicles or buildings it comes in contact with. Propose to remove this limb.
