Pendleton Cottage Pendleton Lane Alderwasley Belper Derbyshire DE56 2RA
Removal of 3 x trees leaning over road. The trees are shown on attached plan. They sit in our boundary with the road so we dont know who owns them for sure, but presume it is us as opposed to the council?

TRE/2023/0223 Decided
Pendleton Cottage Pendleton Lane Alderwasley Belper Derbyshire DE56 2RA
The tree is a very large Ash tree just inside our field boundary. The majority of its branches are on its north side leaning into our field and some are very low. The lowest is particularly large and needs removing as is becoming a danger with livestock in the field etc. There are two other smaller branches just above that also hag low which would make sense to remove at the same time. The tree would appear a lot more balanced once this work was done.
