Proposal

T1 - Large Poplar in very poor condition with a significant amount of rot in the stem. this tree overhangs a carparking area and has already shed branches that have written off a car parked underneath. Remove this tree. T2 - Large Poplar that has a significant amount of lean to be deemed unstable. The root plate has broken the surface of the drive way and moves in high winds. Remove this tree. T3 & T4 - Poplars located in a line with other trees. Propose to reduce the height by around 6m.
