T1 - Medium sized Sycamore located to LHS of the front of the building that has been previously been pollarded. The roots of this tree are pushing the wall that borders the footway on Bridge Street and has been highlighted on an insurance risk assessment. Proposed to remove the tree, grind stump and rebuild the wall.

T1 - White Beam. - No action required. T2 - Field Maple, healthy specimen tree. Propose to reduce height by 2m and shape. Remove any dead wood. Raise the lower branches to around 4m. T3 - Cherry, healthy specimen tree. Propose to reduce height by 3m and shape. Remove any dead wood. Raise the lower branches to around 4m. T4 & T7 - Hazel located in the far corners of the carpark and has branches interfering with parking area. Re-coppice to ground level. T5 & T6 Ash trees located over the rear wall but inside the perimeter fence line. These 2 trees are pushing on the wall, contain dead wood in branches overhanging parking areas and show signs of Ash die back. Propose to remove to ground level if permitted. T8 - Meadow Court has Laurel Branches that are now hanging over the wall, proposed to cut these back to the boundary line. G2 - Pear located on the corner of entrance area and bordering Meadow court. Healthy specimen tree. Propose to reduce height by 3m and remove any dead wood. Raise the lower branches to around 4m.

T1- sycamore. Previously pollared at 14 metre. We would like to crown reduce sycamore by 2-3 metre north side of tree over extending house side. We have had branches fall of the tree recently, which only just missed the conservatory.The sycamore has a lot of squirrel damage throughout the canopy which is quite concerning. T2- self seeded sycamore growing against garden fence remove to ground level. T3-large sycamore crown lift 4/5 metre and side prune north side of tree 2 metre one limb on the tree is over extending.
