Proposal

Oak TPO 207/1423 - Possible removal due to proximity of property. House already underpinned due to root issues and now showing further signs of movement causing cracking in interior walls. (If a removal is not acceptable the customer would like a sizeable reduction in the region of 2m) Oak TPO 207/1424 - Prune by 4 metre and remove any dead wood to reduce weight of canopy as is now showing signs of fungus and has a sizeable wound on stem. All works to be carried out to BS 3998

Trees to the north of the property, south side of the river bank. G1: Trim back trees along the laterally wall to maintain clearance for vehicles. Trimming back to wall and approximately 3m high. G1.1: Trees in this section are forming more of a hedge structure. Reduce in height to approximately 5m in this smaller section to prevent hedge from growing too tall. T1: Alder. Re-pollard to previous pollard points due to the re-growth becoming very long and spindly, and also growing northeast toward neighboring properties.
