The tree is located close to the phone pole on the road edge identified by the bulges in the wall and the untrimmed ivy on the wall. This wall is unstable, probably caused by the tree, the rest of the wall had to be rebuilt previously and the owner is particularly concerned about this section of wall.

We have had branches fall of the tree recently, which only just missed the conservatory.The sycamore has a lot of squirrel damage throughout the canopy which is quite concerning. T2- self seeded sycamore growing against garden fence remove to ground level. T3-large sycamore crown lift 4/5 metre and side prune north side of tree 2 metre one limb on the tree is over extending.
