The tree will need continual pruning throughout the years and will cause damage to the driveway. Its presence cause light issues for neighbouring properties that are overshadowed by the crown. Its loss would be mitigated by the retention of T1. T3. Oak. Rebalance crown, crown clean. Tidy poor pruning cuts. Updated specification for works following discussion: T1 Oak. Reduce crown by 2 metres to create more compact and manageable shape. T2 Oak. Reduce crown by 3 metres to form a compact shake and give distance to properties. T3 Oak. We have had branches fall of the tree recently, which only just missed the conservatory.The sycamore has a lot of squirrel damage throughout the canopy which is quite concerning. T2- self seeded sycamore growing against garden fence remove to ground level. T3-large sycamore crown lift 4/5 metre and side prune north side of tree 2 metre one limb on the tree is over extending.
