The tree is overhanging neighboring property and bloocking light to their windows. Neighbout has asked if we can cut it back so it does not overhang their property and thin it so it does not block light to their windows.

We have had branches fall of the tree recently, which only just missed the conservatory.The sycamore has a lot of squirrel damage throughout the canopy which is quite concerning. T2- self seeded sycamore growing against garden fence remove to ground level. T3-large sycamore crown lift 4/5 metre and side prune north side of tree 2 metre one limb on the tree is over extending.
