I am told ownership is communal , not clear. Also informed theres no tpo. REVISED Remove only the bottom 4 branches from the main stem overhanging the parking bays as detailed in the attached image. Ensure work is carried out to BS3998 and that any work is permitted under common law rights for tree pruning.
