Alder located on a steep embankment (near vertical) to Lea Brook. Client is concerned that it will fall in adverse weather or when the brook is in full spate. The tree is angled towards a footbridge and will cause a substantial amount of damage should it fall. The footbridge carrys services to a neighbouring property (water & fibre optic) which would create an issue should they be damaged. Fell to ground level.

T1- sycamore. Previously pollared at 14 metre. We would like to crown reduce sycamore by 2-3 metre north side of tree over extending house side. T2- self seeded sycamore growing against garden fence remove to ground level. T3-large sycamore crown lift 4/5 metre and side prune north side of tree 2 metre one limb on the tree is over extending.

Trees to the north of the property, south side of the river bank. G1: Trim back trees along the laterally wall to maintain clearance for vehicles. Trimming back to wall and approximately 3m high. G1.1: Trees in this section are forming more of a hedge structure. Reduce in height to approximately 5m in this smaller section to prevent hedge from growing too tall. T1: Alder. Re-pollard to previous pollard points due to the re-growth becoming very long and spindly, and also growing northeast toward neighboring properties.
