Proposal
Removal of overgrown Yew Hedge located alongside the southern site boundary adjacent the south elevation of the Station building together with the removal of self seeded saplings and bushes growing wild in the areas around the station buildings as identified on the attached plan to enable the restoration of the station and parcel shed to be undertaken and prevent structural damage caused by root spread to the buildings and below ground services. These works were specified in the draft Urgent Works Notice prepared on behalf of AVBC and are now to be undertaken by DHBT as the new freehold owners of the site.

This application is for the removal of two dead/dying Leylandii Cypress trees and a removal of a overhanging limb off a third Cypress tree situated in the grounds of All Saints Church, South Wingfield. Tree 1: Is located above several headstones and a public footpath through the Churchyard. Over the years, it has suffered a general decline in its foliage and now all needles have been brown throughout the year. The tree leans at a significant angle with obvious roots lifting which are exposed and lower bark is starting to peel away. Tree 2: Is situated adjacent to the public car park and has had no foliage on for the last couple of years. Tree 3: Is another Leylandii Cypress tree with one limb that severely overhangs the Vestry of the Church and the application is to remove the branch to prevent any damage to the Church.

We have had branches fall of the tree recently, which only just missed the conservatory.The sycamore has a lot of squirrel damage throughout the canopy which is quite concerning. T2- self seeded sycamore growing against garden fence remove to ground level. T3-large sycamore crown lift 4/5 metre and side prune north side of tree 2 metre one limb on the tree is over extending.
