Proposal
T1 Cherry - Dismantle fell due to size. This tree has out grown its available space and is now a nuisance to owner and neighbour. I see no other solution, due to its size and specie that pruning will not alleviate its size and presence. T12 Cherry - Crown reduce by 1.5m to manage the size over the road and street lamp. Crown raise over the drive to clear the ground by 3m. Crown thin to remove crossing and twinned branches.
