See attached "190913 Mrs Perch Schedule" Work justification: T1 Dawn Redwood - Fell due to very close proximity to boundary stone wall and already raising pedestrian footpath. T2 Magnolia - Reduce due to proximity to property now covering windows. T3 Quince - Remove deadwood caused by leaf blight. T4 Oak - Fell, it has a one sided deformed shape from being suppressed by neighboring large poplar. It will never make a good specimen tree. Suspected not there when TPO was made in 1987. T5 Apple - Remove deadwood caused by leaf blight.
