Proposal
T1 Ash - Pollard @ 8 metres from ground level, 1m above first fork. This specimen has long outgrown its environment, situated in a small residential garden over numerous targets such as a neighboring large timber built garage, public footpaths and numerous sheds/ fences ect. The tree has been reduced historically but being a mature specimen this species has common features such as summer branch drop which poses a risk to targets and very hard to predict before an event. In brief this mature tree has outgrown its location and a pollard will retain a 8m stem providing future benefits to the amenity value to the area.

Trees to the north of the property, south side of the river bank. G1: Trim back trees along the laterally wall to maintain clearance for vehicles. Trimming back to wall and approximately 3m high. G1.1: Trees in this section are forming more of a hedge structure. Reduce in height to approximately 5m in this smaller section to prevent hedge from growing too tall. T1: Alder. Re-pollard to previous pollard points due to the re-growth becoming very long and spindly, and also growing northeast toward neighboring properties.
