    1) - Self set Ash tree approx 50ft high. It is leaning over a neighbouring property. There are concerns regarding its safety particularly in high winds due to the lean and the diameter of the trunk which is 300mm. There is a lot of root ingress to the neighbouring property and it does lean over the neighbours outbuilding. It is also causing a lot of soil damage around the area. The application is to fell the tree and replace it the a shrubbed area to continue to provide habitat for local wildlife. This is not covered by a TPO 2) - Cyprus Fir approx 50ft high. There is currently extensive growth over a neighbouring property preventing light to both properties. The roots around the tree are causing extensive lift to to the surrounding area and is causing soil damage to both properties. Also the branches are over the neighbouring outbuilding and is beginning to cause damage to the perimeter fencing. In addition it is dropping fir cones and there is an increasing danger of it shedding branches which could cause damage to property or result in injury or death due to the size of some of the branches. The application is to fell the tree and replace with shrubs to provide habitat for wildlife. This is not covered by a TPO
